Kichler 12V VLO In-Ground Accent Light

Kichler’s 12 Volt Variable Lumen Output (VLO) fixtures offer enormous versatility in landscape lighting designs.

Kichler has added their Variable Lumen Output technology to their inground, integrated 12 Volt light. This accent light features three lumen levels as well as two color temperatures which makes it application endless (either 2700K or 3000K).

This VLO in-ground accent light is ideal for lighting columns, peaks, and tall trees. You can use the fixture for a 15° narrow spotlight, a 35° flood light, or for 60° wide-beam, flood lighting. You can create soft mood lighting or flood a needed area with pure white light. From a narrow spotlight to a wide flood light, you can achieve it with Kichler’s 12V VLO.

Great for illuminating driveways and walkways due to its IP67 rating. It features a drive-over rated design that can tackle static loads up to 4600lbs and has a solid brass construction with a polycarbonate TIR (Total Internal Reflection) lens. The fixture measures 7″ in diameter and 8.25″ in height.

Switch Lumen with Magnetic Key

With the change in seasons the landscape may need a little more light, or a little less. That’s easy to adjust. There is no need for any mechanical changes, you can leave the fixture in its place. The 12V VLO fixture is equipped with the Lumen Effects System that allows you to easily switch outputs using a magnetic key. In seconds you can switch the 12V VLO between 350, 550, and 850 Lumen.

Advanced optics for superb center to edge uniformity. Kichler’s in-ground landscape lights are sealed and potted with the driver for protection against dust and water ingression, eliminating the need to mechanically adjust or open the fixture.

The 12V VLO is an integrated, fully encapsulated LED fixture to safeguard from water ingression and the outdoor elements, helping to extend the life of the product. And since there is no exposure to the elements there is a reduced risk of failure.

With a 6,000 Volt surge protection, you can rest assured that this light is secured from power irregularities that can otherwise be a hazard to LED landscape lighting. Versatile IP67 rated design provides protection against dust particles and temporary submersion in case of flooding. The fixture is rated for static loads up to 4600lbs, which means it is great for driveways, walkways, and entrances.

The 12V VLO box includes 2 gel-filled wire nuts, magnetic key, 2 replacement screws, cowl, fixture, rubber washer and thumbscrew. The fixture comes with a 10-year finish warranty from the date of purchase.
